This page explains in plain terms how Ampliray plans are delivered, how you can cancel, and when we refund a payment. It summarises our Subscription Terms, which are the binding terms of your purchase; if this page and the Subscription Terms ever differ, the Subscription Terms apply.
In short. Plans are billed annually in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for. Payments are non-refundable, except for billing errors, if we discontinue the Service, and where the law gives you a right to a refund.
Delivery
1. What you buy and how it is delivered
Ampliray sells annual subscription plans (Lite, Pro and Deluxe) for its online music distribution service, plus an optional YouTube Content ID add-on. Prices are in US dollars and are shown on our website and at checkout, together with any applicable taxes, before you pay.
Digital service, no physical goods. Nothing is shipped. The Service is provided online through your Ampliray account.
Immediate access. Your plan is activated as soon as payment is confirmed, and you can submit releases straight away. We email you an order confirmation.
Release review and store delivery. We review each release within the target time of your plan (up to 5 days on Lite, 24 hours on Pro, 6 hours on Deluxe) and then deliver it to stores. The time each store takes to publish a release is outside our control.
Cancellation
2. Cancelling renewal
You can cancel automatic renewal at any time in the billing section of your dashboard, or by emailing support@ampliray.com from the email address on your account.
We remind you by email at least 14 days before each renewal, with the date, the amount and a link to cancel. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date.
After you cancel, your plan stays fully active until the end of the period you paid for. Your releases then stay in stores for a further 30 days, and your royalties are never affected.
Refunds
3. Refunds
A plan gives you immediate access to the Service, and the work and third-party costs of reviewing and delivering your releases begin as soon as you use it. For that reason payments for plans and add-ons are non-refundable, including for renewals, for unused time after cancellation, and for a YouTube Content ID add-on on a release you remove from stores (the add-on then stops renewing). We do refund you in these cases:
Billing errors — you were charged twice, charged a different amount from the one shown at checkout, or charged after validly cancelling before the renewal date. The amount charged in error is refunded in full.
We discontinue the Service or your plan, or close your account for reasons other than your breach of our terms. The unused part of your billing period is refunded pro rata.
Your statutory rights. Where a law that applies to you gives you a right to withdraw or to a refund that cannot be excluded by contract, this policy does not limit it.
Requests
4. How to get a refund in these cases
Refunds are given only in the cases listed in Section 3. How you get one depends on the case:
Billing error — email support@ampliray.com from the email address on your account within 60 days of the charge, with the date and amount of the charge.
We discontinue the Service or your plan, or close your account — you don’t need to ask: we refund the unused part automatically.
Statutory rights — contact us at the same address within the period the applicable law gives you; the 60-day limit above does not shorten it.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider named on your receipt; your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show them.
Disputes
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most billing problems are resolved quickly by email. What happens when a valid charge is disputed is set out in Section 11.2 of the Subscription Terms.
