Use this form to report a release distributed through Ampliray that infringes your copyright, trade mark, name, voice or likeness, or that credits your work incorrectly. Notices are handled under our Copyright Policy.

How it is sent: the form prepares a complete notice and opens it in your email app, addressed to copyright@ampliray.com. Nothing is submitted until you press Send in your email app. Your notice, including your name and contact details, may be forwarded to the user who submitted the release, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
